Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products, services, and content provided by Rich Bitch Society (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service offered by Rich Bitch Society, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Digital Products
Rich Bitch Society offers certain products that are digital in nature, including but not limited to online courses, masterclasses, workshops, trainings, downloadable materials, and other digital content (“Digital Products”). Access to Digital Products is provided electronically and is granted immediately upon successful payment unless otherwise stated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital content may be granted immediately and that you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of Digital Products are final and refunds are not offered once access has been granted. When you purchase a Digital Product from Rich Bitch Society, you are purchasing access to digital training materials, frameworks, and intellectual property. Because these materials can be accessed immediately upon purchase, refunds cannot be issued once access has been provided. Please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing any product from Rich Bitch Society, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after access to digital materials has been granted, Rich Bitch Society reserves the right to immediately revoke access to all products, services, and content associated with the account.
Creative Services & Done-For-You Work
Rich Bitch Society may offer custom creative services including but not limited to AI-generated visuals, branding assets, marketing materials, automation systems, campaign design, or other custom deliverables (“Creative Services”). The scope of each project, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing, will be outlined on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or written agreement prior to purchase. By purchasing Creative Services, you agree to the scope of work described at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy for Creative Services
Due to the time, creative labor, and production resources required for custom work, payments for Creative Services are subject to the following policy.
When a Creative Service project is purchased, project time and production resources are reserved specifically for the client.
If a client requests cancellation before work has begun, a refund may be issued minus a 50% booking fee to compensate for project reservation, administrative work, and scheduling.
Once work on a project has begun, all payments are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to research, creative direction, concept exploration, AI generation, design development, or any other production work related to the project.
By purchasing Creative Services from Rich Bitch Society, the client acknowledges and agrees that once work has begun, the project is considered in progress and payments are no longer eligible for refund.
Client Responsibilities & Project Abandonment
Certain Creative Services require materials, information, or participation from the client in order for the project to begin. This may include but is not limited to photographs, brand assets, written copy, references, or other requested materials.
Clients are responsible for providing any required materials within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If required materials are not provided within 30 days, the project may be considered inactive or void, and the project slot may be released. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
If a project has already begun and the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, Rich Bitch Society reserves the right to consider the project abandoned and closed without refund.
Clients who wish to restart an abandoned project may be required to purchase a new service or pay a project reactivation fee at Rich Bitch Society’s discretion.
Concept Exploration & Revision Policy
Creative projects include a limited number of concept explorations and revision rounds unless otherwise specified on the product or service sales page. After a concept direction has been selected, revisions are limited to reasonable refinements of the chosen concept. Requests for additional concept directions, significant changes to the original direction, or additional revisions beyond the included revision rounds may require an additional fee.
AI Generation Clause
Many Creative Services offered by Rich Bitch Society involve AI-assisted visual generation and refinement. Each generation, variation, or refinement may require computational resources, software credits, and production time. For this reason, AI generation requests are subject to reasonable limits within the scope of the project. Excessive generation requests, repeated concept changes, or additional iterations beyond the included scope may be billed as additional revisions or project extensions.
Use of Content
All content provided by Rich Bitch Society is intended for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, share, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent from Rich Bitch Society.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, concepts, prompts, templates, visual assets, trademarks, and methodologies provided by Rich Bitch Society are owned by or licensed to Rich Bitch Society and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or resale of any materials is strictly prohibited.
Termination of Access
Rich Bitch Society reserves the right to revoke access to any digital product or service at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, or misuse of course materials.
No Guarantees or Warranties
All products and services provided by Rich Bitch Society are offered for educational and informational purposes only. No representations, guarantees, or warranties are made regarding specific outcomes, results, income, or financial success. Individual results will vary based on many factors including experience, effort, and implementation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rich Bitch Society shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, any product or service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rich Bitch Society operates.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing any product or service offered by Rich Bitch Society, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the start of a project, Rich Bitch Society reserves the right to display and share completed work created for clients for the purposes of portfolio presentation, marketing, promotional materials, case studies, and educational examples.
This may include the use of visual assets, graphics, AI imagery, campaign materials, or other deliverables created during the course of a project.
If a client requires their project to remain private or confidential, this request must be made in writing prior to the start of the project. Additional confidentiality agreements or non-disclosure arrangements may require separate terms.
Client acknowledges that creative direction, exploratory concepts, and unused variations created during the project remain the intellectual property of Rich Bitch Society unless otherwise agreed upon.
